i just read about Shelia’s post at Book Journey where you may talk about your first book of the year. This is a new start for me with reading goals and this year…..it’s going to be more relaxed.
I am starting with Stir by Jessica Fechtor, a book that I meant to read last year. I have started it and I am completed engaged in the story.
I am participating in fewer challenges this year and making my goals reasonable for my schedule. Hence, I will be reading books that capture my attention and some I have put off but want to tuck into this year.
So while I’m late to the party at Book Journey I did manage to get the post done.
Happy Reading, my friends!
Tina
I have that on my list to read this month for the Dec/Jan book @ Cook The Books

I am going to hook up with Cook the Books as well as the 2017 Montly Motif challenge for this book. I’m loving it.

Love your plans for reading in 2017! I’m kind of trying to do the same because there are so many books that I really want to read but end up getting pushed out of the way for incoming review books. I really loved this book! It was absolutely fascinating on so many levels. Can’t wait to see your thoughts!

Great choice for your first book, Tina! I read the beginning as a kindle sample and was totally engaged… definitely want to read the rest of the book. Glad you like it so far. I’ll keep an eye out for your final thoughts.

There was much to enjoy in this book, BFR. Reading about the medical stuff as well as the family dynamics. I think I will have my post ready for next week.
